What this is

Recruiter Autopilot is an early-access product. It reads resumes and job descriptions you provide, ranks candidates, and drafts outreach for you to review. It is provided as it is today, and it will change as we build. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may pause the service for maintenance.

What it is not

It is not a decision-maker. Shortlists, fit scores, quoted evidence, and drafts are produced by software and can be wrong. You review everything before you act on it, you decide who to contact, and you send the email. We never send anything to a candidate for you.

Your account

• Sign-in is by a link we email you. Anyone with access to that inbox can sign in, so keep it secure. Each account is for one person; team accounts are not available yet.
• You are responsible for the data you import. Only upload resumes and job descriptions you have the right to hold and process. Do not upload data on behalf of someone who has not authorized you.
• Do not scrape the service, resell it, attempt to bypass usage limits, or use it to send unsolicited bulk email.

Pricing

Early access is free. Planned pricing is shown on the site so you know where it is going. Nothing is charged until we tell you in advance, in writing, and you choose to continue.

Your data

Your workspace stays yours. We use it only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy. You can ask for a copy or ask us to delete it at any time.

Ending things

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users, candidates, or the service at risk, and we will tell you why.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost placements, or lost revenue arising from its use. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which during early access is nothing.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email everyone with an account before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance of the new terms.
