Your next placement is already in your database.
Recruiter Autopilot turns a new job order into a ranked shortlist from the candidates you already own, with the exact line from each resume that earned the spot. Then it drafts the outreach. You stay the recruiter. It does the admin.
Works with the resumes and job orders you have today. Nothing leaves your browser except the text the model needs.
From job order to first outreach in under ten minutes.
Three steps. You review two of them. Nothing is sent without you.
Drop in what you have
Resumes as PDF, Word, or text. A folder, a ZIP from your ATS, or one file at a time. Paste the client's email or drop the JD. Autopilot reads the job into a role card with must-haves and nice-to-haves.
Approve the criteria
Fix a must-have, add one the client said on the phone, drop one that doesn't matter. Thirty seconds. Then it searches your own pool first, the people you already paid to find.
Call the top of the list
A ranked shortlist with a reason, a quoted line from each resume, and the honest gap. Tick the ones worth a call and get personalized outreach drafts in your name, scheduling link included.
The admin layer around the recruiter, not the recruiter.
Recruiters at small agencies spend a third to a half of the week on work that isn't recruiting. Autopilot does that part.
Shortlist from your own database
Prefilters on hard requirements, then has Claude rerank the top candidates against the role with cited evidence. Silver medalists, past placements, and people who said "call me in the spring" surface again instead of being forgotten.
Outreach drafts in your voice
Personalized first-touch emails that cite one real detail from the candidate's background, state the location and comp range, and end with your scheduling link. You edit, you send, from your own mailbox.
Stale-candidate digest
Everyone in an active stage with no activity in seven days, plus every follow-up you promised, grouped by job. One click drafts the nudge to the candidate or the check-in to the client.
Client updates, drafted
Who's where in the process, what happened this week, and what you need from the client, written from the pipeline. The owner's hour-long Friday chore becomes ten minutes of editing.
The cost of admin is hiding in every requisition.
Priced like the tools you already buy. Per seat, no surprises.
Planned pricing at launch. Waitlist members get founding pricing locked for the first year and a hand-held setup with your real candidate export.

Does this replace recruiters?
No, and it's not trying to. It automates the administrative layer around the recruiter: the shortlist from your own database, the first drafts, the Monday nudges, the Friday client update. The judgment, the calls, and the close stay with your team. Small agencies are using AI to make each recruiter more productive, not to cut seats.
Where do my candidates' resumes go?
In the demo, files are read in your browser and stay there. Only the extracted text is sent to the model to build a record and to rank. Nothing is stored on our servers, and the model provider does not train on it. The product version syncs with your ATS under a data agreement, with per-tenant encryption and retention that matches your own policy.
Which ATS do you support?
The demo works with any export: PDF, Word, text, a folder, or a ZIP. For live sync we're starting with Crelate, then Recruit CRM and Bullhorn. Tell us your ATS on the waitlist form; it decides the order.
What about bias and hiring law?
Autopilot ranks only on job-relevant criteria and is instructed never to infer protected characteristics. Every shortlist is reviewed by a person before anything happens, every quote is verified against the source, and every ranking is logged with its inputs. We treat it as recruiter assistance, not automated screening, and we're building for the disclosure and audit rules in New York, Illinois, Colorado, and the EU.
When do I get access?
The demo is available right now once you join the waitlist. Full access opens in small batches so every agency gets a real setup with their own candidate export. Your position and your ATS decide when your batch opens.
